This is obviously ambitious. Knowing Lou the only trades that will happen is Chara to a team for a 7th and Clutter to a team for a mid-round pick.

I think all trades will happen at the TDL but the Bailey + picks trade which I would expect to happen in the off season

Clutterbuck would need 50% retention to get that kind of return, and even then I don't think he gets more than just the third.
