First, has to be a 2023 2nd as Arizona's not taking on Lucic until after his bonus is paid.
Second, if he is bought out he legally cannot sign with the Flames as it would count as cap circumvention.

Flames decline the other 2 trades easily

We have no desire to trade Robinson. In a vacuum, that's an overpayment by quite a large margin, but realistically Monahan doesn't really do us any good - we have shooters, we need playmakers. So really this would be an exercise in flipping assets for the Jackets. And it's kind of absurd for Calgary.
