Description

Guerin probably doesnt give up this much in prospects and draft currency.
But if he thinks he can get something back for Dumba in an off season trade and by not resigning Goligoski. It makes Chychrun's 4.6M cap hit very cost assurance for the buyout years. It will take additional roster tweaking for cap reasons, for next season. But, it is possible.

Chychrun is great and the idea is sound, but I’m not sure it really makes much sense for the Wild. That asset cost is super high and will likely need Lambos for 3rd pair duties in 23-24. What about Hague from VGK? I know they want to resign him but they have massive cap problems and he would be much cheaper.
