So far, midway through the Detroit-Calgary game, Red wings have 4 shots... and maybe only 1 of them can be considered a real chance. As badly as they have been outplayed, I can't help but look at the lineup and ask what the hell was Blashall thinking? With Bertuzzi and Fabbri out of the lineup, Detroit's offensive depth is severely limited. But instead of putting their top guys together to give them some offensive chance, they have their best players split up on different lines to spread out their "offense".

I think they should have gone with a lineup like this. Have Ras move up to the top line to play with Larkin and Raymond and give them a bit of grit and size. Put Zadina and Vrana together with Veleno or Suter to get some additional offense. Have the remaining lineup try to hold down the fort and prevent Calgary from running up to score. Am I the only that thinks this way? Am I the only one fed up with Blashall's coaching?
