Description

Get Good Centre depth, get some cheap physical and defensive walls in Lazar and Lybushkin, gamble on husso since kuemper/campbell will garner around $6mil AAV . the extra cash could be used to round the team out in front of the goalie tandem.

Cause of cap constraints and roster needs, guys like yamo and foegele can be dealt to make the cap usage a bit more cost effective for the longer term. Broberg looks really good and surely will be on the roster next yr and with bouch taking strides as well, barrie just doesn't have a place in YEG as is.

Kassian can easily be offloaded to the yotes given they lack NHL contracts next yr and need to get to the floor.

Nothing real sexy but, its the kind of tweaking the roster needs to get to contender status, and this roster takes a step or 2 forward instead of going backwards under Holland. Rounds out defensive weaknesses in the b6 and dcore, which outside of goaltending is the big issue with this team. With the team below under a prolonged Woodcroft system, they might start to turn heads.

I listed this as a TDL move. With Heiskanen gone and other teams getting healthier and pulling away, they might want to solve their klingberg problem since he's as good as gone. If not a TDL move then instead of holtby someone else. either way barrie to dallas makes a lot of sense given the kilngberg situation
