I personally don't wanna do that caps trade. Micheyev - Kampf - Engvall is a cheap and effective third line.

Absolutely, I like that line a lot. But Engvall - Kampf - Kase gives you a little more offence and provides the same great D.

I get the feeling (Mikheyev / Dermott) will be the ones traded. Mikheyev is gone next year.

I don't think TVR is big upgrade. & Mikheyev to Jarnkrok is a downgrade IMO.
Seems like moving parts for the sake of moving parts.

Trevor van Riemsdyk IMO could be a perfect partner for Muzzin. He skates very well and has excellent zone exits. WSH plays him against the toughest opponents, he kills penalties, there is a lot to like there. Starts majority of his mins in the defensive zone.

Järnkrok is aboustly an offensive upgrade over Mikheyev (who most likely won't be back next year) and I'd argue both a very responsible defensively. Plus Järnkrok's abiltiy to take faceoffs (over 50%) is a nice bonus as well.

Until we get confirmation that Muzzin is out till the Playoffs, don't expect to see to much but depth adds. Trades will have to be money in money out.

Agree to disagree tho, all good.
