sounds like girox is leaving the flyers with more options than hall left buffalo. hall also sucked in buffalo while giroux is still doing quiet well in philly all things considered.

Hall had a terrible year with Buffalo, Giroux is close to PPG and is great at faceoffs, they are not comparable.

Let's imagine NMC Giroux tells the Flyers, " I want to go on a Cup run, and I only want a trade to the Avs". Do the Flyers deny his request if the Avs don't pony up more assets? That's a great way to piss off the Giroux who likely resigns with the Flyers.
