why would the Oilers fall of that hard, if we win today we will be 2nd in the pacific

of course you'll think the canes will win it all! definitly possible though. unfortunaly i dont think caufield will get a shot at the calder. he has been on fire under msl, but the bad start of the season will be too hard to overcome. i hope the panthers win it all this year, but i would be quite happy with carolina.

You have pretty suspect goaltending and defense. Colorado has excellent everything.

sorry but yea the Goaltending and D is your achilles heal. all world offense gets you a great regular season and a quick exit from the playoffs. sorry

I think the Canes can win it all, and with Domi drawing comparisons to the 2006 acquisition of Mark Recchi, Domi might be the missing link the Canes have needed. Caufield had a terrible start, but I do think he still has a chance at the Calder, albeit it is very slim. But if he continues performing like he has, he could win it. The Calder is definitely my bold take, but it’s still possible.

I will say, matchups I want to see, Calgary Colorado, Calgary Carolina, Carolina Colorado. Those would be very fun matchups.
