Yep, I've been saying for a couple years now that I expected that (A) we'll lose lottery after lottery until 2022 when we're finally not a bottom 5 team (like NYR/CAR/etc) and (B) I'd be good with Offer Sheeting starting this offseason assuming we're starting to get better like we are. Which puts us in prime position to start scouting PLD hard.
