Description
Seriously… who comes up with this crap.

Dismantle a functional, producing line of Connor - Dubois - Ehlers to try and get Scheifele going… I agree Scheifele needs to get going… to the airport and a new team.

Barron on the wing??? Seriously… Dave Lowry either hit his head or he’s as dumb and limited as Maurice was.

Get Sanford the hell out of there.

WTF are those defensive pairings???

JETS NEED A HEAD COACH ASAP

Lines should be:
Connor - Dubois - Ehlers
Stastny - Scheifele - Wheeler
Svechnikov - Barron - Appleton
Harkins - Lowry - Toninato

Morrissey - DeMelo
Samberg - Pionk
Heinola - Schmidt

The D pairs here are incorrect, Schmidt is with Pionk, Stanley and Dillon are the 3rd pair.

I think they're just trying to keep Stanley and Schmidt apart.

So far these lines are not working out, especially the second period...

Seriously, why take out Heinola and put Stanley in? Yes Stanley brings size (which he hasn't been using as often), but Heinola actually can do everything with and without the puck. Also add onto the fact Heinola has points in 4 of his past 5 NHL games whereas Stanley has none.

The Jets also need to consider putting Dillon and DeMelo together. This will create a shutdown pairing which is something the Jets lack.

Also Wheeler shouldn't even touch the top 6 and Barron should be at his natural position, Toni should be at the wing. Also I agree that they shouldn't have broken that Connor-Dub-Ehlers line. They were actually trying to get something going unlike the other three lines.

They should really put Schmidt as the point man on the powerplay, he's WAY better at it than Morrissey or any of the other Jets dmen.

Yeah, it's really not that big an issue though, what plagues this team is its lack of scoring, no team has let in more goals this season than Detroit yet the best the Jets could do was one frigging goal, that says it all right there.
