Answer = No one

It has been reported that teams are not giving up their 2023 1st's or 2nd's as that is a very very deep draft. It is estimated that the 10th pick in 2023 is worth the 1st pick in 2022. Also they are saying that an early 2nd in 2023 is like a mid to late 1st in 2022.

Even ignoring the differences in the draft, why would someone trade an protected 1st for an at best 26th pick in this draft? In all likelihood that team’s pick will be better than 26th in 2023. Then you want a 3rd too?!?! Now factor in the draft differences at this gets worse.

Now if you are talking about Vegas’ pick when they don’t win the lottery and miss the playoffs, we could see an okay argument for it. It is still iffy due to the draft differences but a lot closer.
