Description
sharks address needs under new gm.rough to see burnzie go but I just can't see a team be willing to take on karlsson with that contract and injury history.theres a argument to be made that now the defense won't have enough offense, but given the system the sharks have played under bob boughner, offense from the defense has not been a priority compared to when deboer was HC.

3rd and fourth lines are that in name only.bordeleau's group should bring some offense if Noah Gregor ever learns TO HIT THE NET! lol
can't trade Labanc so I stuck him with two defense first forwards cause there wasn't a much better option unless you flipped flopped him with Rudy which I could see.

what is the rest oof sharks territory's thoughts on Andre burakovsky?

Burns with no retention is very unlikely getting positive value, there’s no way in hell you’re getting a first for him.

If you retain money I could see teams being interested, but no one is paying for a 8 million dollar dman who’s contract goes till he’s 40.

Played all 82 games this season while playing 3rd overall ice time in the league amongst defenseman while scoring 50+ points. How is that a negative asset?

You’re neglecting the fact that he’s getting payed 8 million dollars, no team has the cap space for that except the lottery contenders. Plus that contract goes till he’s 40.

Don’t get me wrong Burns is a hell of a player, and could get a really big haul if he’s half retained, but at full price no team has the facilities for that. That’s why I’m saying no team will pay for a full price Burns, because none of them can afford it.
