after this series not sure if markstrom would fetch that smile
Where do you think Gaudreau would go? To a cup favorite, or some playoff contender he'd be a standout forward? Sparse rumors from the recent years is that Columbus has been interested, but don't think he would want to come live here, unless he's starting a family lol

I’m guessing Devils or Flyers. And Markstrom is great when he isn’t playing the Oilers.

Markstrom has an NMC he has full say if he ever leaves.

If you trade Markstrom and let Gaudreau leave, Tkachuk isn't signing long-term. This team isn't very good. They'd easily miss the playoffs and management would all be fired.

Well get ready for Johnny to leave because that’s the reality of the situation. And Markstrom can’t play against our biggest rival which makes him worthless to us.
