NJ gets Nylander (PPG player), 25OA, Abruzzese (Leafs #5 prospect), Voit (Leafs #7 Prospect), and Duszak (Young D who had 52 points in 61 AHL games this year). Not saying NJ does it, I'm just trying to get the value even. How much more would it take?

Toronto will have to give up more quality assets than just Nylander if you’re looking land Bratt AND the second overall pick

I'll leave it to the New Jersey guys to comment on the Nylander deal, but one year of a good back-up goalie (whom we'd have to replace from the outside) is worth more to us than one year of Kerfoot and one year of Holl. Among other things, Kerfoot's rather expensive and we probably have a much better chance at re-signing Stolarz than re-signing either Kerfoot or Holl.
