I agree the Oilers shouldn't make that deal. Even though it would probably be great, I think you save the cap space and bet on Holloway. Think he's going to be the Guentzel to McDavid's Crosby and Draisaitl's Malkin.

In Chicago's dreams. Haha keep cat oilers have no issue scoring. Complete waste of assets and cap use.

I think puljujarvi and Xavier Bourgault are expendable but not holloway.

I think that you can trade a guy like Holloway for a proven goal scorer like Cat every single time you get the offer, but I do agree that it's a bad use of Edmonton's assets. While it'd be fun to see them putting up 8 goals a night during the regular season, this team still needs more help on the backend and spending those assets & cap on Cat aren't what they should be doing;

I think holland would rather just pay Cat's salary to kane.
