What's the NHL record for being bought out? Suter should sign another long-term contract after this and go for it.

I’m generally a Nill supporter but that was a bad call. And then he let Bowness play him top pair all year long

It is always nice to see someone actually value Kerfoot and what he brings. I see him getting a 2nd.

IMO tho he won't be traded till July 1st, when his $1,950,000M bonus is paid out, any team that is acquiring Kerfoot is only paying him $750k in actual money next season. That’s a hell of a bargain, and his $3,500,000 of cap space in the process would be a huge asset to team needing to reach the cap floor.

I like the fit in Dallas for me but don't really see him as there target. Could be wrong.

He’s absolutely worth a second and he would be a wonderful fit imo. I feel like he would go a long way in getting more out of Benn and Guri while being defensively responsible. I’d give more if he was signed for a reasonable amount prior to the trade. Nino would be a good fit too
