Continuing on with the sabres. Gathering a nice core keep building it up. All comments and opinions are appreciated thanks!

Trades:
Don’t expect much Mike Rielly brings a reliable vet to help mentor the young dmen. Would like to bring in another vet but wasn’t sure who. Holtby look to provide some stability to the crease as all three goalies suffer injuries lately should be a steady rotation.

AHL:
Peterka and Macinnis should lead the way in Rochester but could be joined by a couple other youngsters I left on the roster. Regardless should be a solid young team as players move between Buffalo and Rochester in an effort to maximize the ice time of their young talented prospects.

Goalie:
Holtby will help bridge the gap until Levi arrives. Even better maybe can help Lukkonen develop, Anderson played decent for Buffalo last year and continues to help mentor there.

Defence:
Like I said I’d like to add another vet but I think that comes in Free Agency. Samuelson I was thinking of giving a full year in Rochester then, but this is a very nice young unit with him, Power, Dahlin and Jokiharju would just be good to add some veteran experience.

Forwards:
2nd line centre needs to be filled other then that I’d say just keep building the way they are. They’ve got some nice young forwards in Cozens and Tuch, Thompson broke out and Krebs and Quinn I look to take a step.
Added Tierny because he could rebound in a place with a few questions around their centres as well id a solid addition for a young team who needs to make sure they continue playing hard.

Overall:
I see the Sabres as a lottery team once again, although how good or bad they are will be determined by the youngsters ability to continue to improve.
