Description
campbell signs similar deal to merzlikins, just dont see many other good options without giving uo the farm that can play 50 plus games and is loved by leaf fans

trading muzzin would be difficult this season so maybe when his ntc ends next season and submits a 10 team no trade list m-ntc before next season will be much easier to move, really hoping he can come back healthy this upcoming season

trading sandin for turcotte, turcotte is behind quite players in queue to play centre for kings and might be availiable what scares me is his concussion problems, he plays a good 2-way game and could learn alot playing with mitch and john learning a better 2way game like they both play, leafs could do with more centre options and that would give a chance for tavares to move over to wing to play a similar role to pavelski, leafs look to tavares knies and bunting to play left wing, sandin would probably start in kings top 4 d

dallas needs more goals and robertson could provide that plus a linking up with his brother would be good for stars, harley replaces sandins production on 3rd line, holl half retained for a second would benefit them alot to help them resign there top rfas

kerfoot to caps - caps receive a 40 to 50 ppg player 35%retained to help out there top 9 with losing backstrom and wilson for a while, i believe a return of what calle jarnkrok recent trade was and what he got 2nd, 3rd and a 7th would be fair and kerf better player

mrazek dumped to chicago for a 2nd in a similar trade to tyler johnson could be another team if mrazek would go to for same deal

signing comrie he had very decent numbers for a back up

There's going to be a serious distaste in a lot of Kings fans mouths after seeing this, but I don't think it's as bad as it could be...kinda actually makes sense for both teams. Biggest issue would be giving up a potentially high end player with 2 years of his ELC left.

How does it make sense for the Kings? They are losing the better player in the deal. He will slot in when Kopitars contract runs out.

I'm genuinely curious as to what makes Turcotte the "better player in the deal".

Not a Leafs fan, so I've got no horse in the game.

Watch both players. Turcottes problem is staying healthy not his game. Sandin is slow and not very good.
