Yea I think this is it. Though I think Edler resigns for 1 million and Moverare starts the year in Ontario. Can see Bjornfot and Edler rotating in and out as both would be better off playing less than the full 82 games and having some legs left for a playoff run.
The bottom line is they cant add any more players without moving out salary.

Contracts look a bit low and too much term for kempe. I think LA will need to move out a contract.

If I'm not mistaken, 4 years takes Mikey Anderson straight to free agency. I'd give him $2.5 million x 3 and Kempe 6 years instead of 8.
