krug trade would be awful for us in every facet, he's lost a step from where he was and we don't need yet another guy on the roster on the wrong side of 30 making over a mil a year

Hmm. Let's say the Blues really are trying to trade Krug. The value isn't bad or anything, I'm not sure what they'd say, but I'm skeptical that this particular combo is the one to get it done.
