I honestly don't believe we are in a true rebuild. More like a retool. If we are in a rebuild why are we holding onto Petry, Savard, Hoffman, Drouin, Dvorak, Gallagher, ETC. Not to mention we have plenty of contracts coming off the board next year and its already reported that the cap will be going up significantly. We will have plenty of space for Caufield, hes not getting more than 6m/yr, unless he hits 30g/60p.

Bedard is certainly NOT guarunteed and i wouldnt be holding onto draft picks for the "Chance" top draft him...we still need to suck next year (not gonna happen) and we need to win the lottery, again (not gonna happen). Move those picks for a 30-50 goal scorer
