Description
* Banking on Campbell being the guy. Källgren handled himself okay last season. If backup is an issue, it can be addressed in-season. Also gives Woll the chance to be the full-time starter in the AHL to continue his development.

* Time to trust Sandin & Liljegren full-time. Good mix of veteran poise and youthful exuberance on the blue line. Rielly & Sandin play on the PP while the rest play on the PK

* Domi is a nice plug & play type of player. Can play with skilled players and has that drive & tenacity. Wouldn't surprise me if he is a 50-60 point player with JT & Willy. Coming off a couple down years which makes me think he'll come with a point to prove.

* Liked what I saw from Blackwell. Would be more than happy to see him resigned. Think Brassard can offer something on PP2. Playing a limited role should keep him fresh. Also capable face-off guy.

* Robertson could take Brassard's spot in camp, same with Anderson & Simmonds. Rest of the roster should be pretty much set.

Domi is just bad, he had one good season because he basically spent the entire year cherry picking. He's a disaster defensively and scores like a 4th liner

Disagree. Think he is a good player. His game will elevate playing with elite players too. His points per 60 last season matched Johnny Gaudreau (3.57 vs 3.60). It was also higher than anyone on the Leafs. Not saying that he is going to be a 100 point player, but don't think production is going to be an issue with increased ice-time & better teammates.

and that right there is why as a stand alone points per 60 is an incredibly misleading stat. He hasnt had 40 points in 3 seasons and he couldnt even break into the blue jackets top 6 in ice time for forwards. Hes bad
