Pretty sure next season is already a bust and the offseason work isn't even finished.

They really need to trade Dubois soon, would be a really bad move to keep him for a year before moving him, just trade him now, his value isn't going to increase next trade deadline and they aren't contending anyway.

Rip off the band-aid and start over.
