Description
Eberle is likely on his way out. Nash for Eberle is a fair one for one swap especially since Nash's contract ends at the end of this season. Will give them more money to sign needs as well as McDavid's extension.
Dillion trade cause he will be exposed and if he comes to NYR, we will protect him as long as G and Staal wave their no move/trade clauses.
Franson signing: I think he's a steady dman. Not the best, but he is an upgrade.
Downside is having staal and girardi still on the team but the contracts are horrible.
Hayes trade: Fair value IMO. MTL gets a center who had a career year and will only get better. Can reach 55-60 points a year imo.

    Your logic that Arizona "needs"cap is flawed. Coyotes acquirea acquire cap....guys on LTIR, instead of paying $$$$ salaries. Now would they want Stepan and pay so much, that's the debate.
    To me you have undervalued Hayes in the trade. I don't understand that Oiler trade. Having Eberle hurts the Ranger cap long term.

    I agree, also this team that you have here is terrible, and has no future. If you remove 2 of the top 3 centers on the team and dont replace them with anything besides a 38 year old over the hill still good center you're doomed to fail.

    Yuk! Hayes for a 2nd, who hopefully turns into a Hayes? Nash for extra year of "lesser" Eberle. Holden and picks for long term slow footed Dillon, we have enough of those! We need grit not Glass. Or Hemsky, Pirri, Franson.
