Description

Ideally the scenario, I'd like to see played out combined with the probable ownership drive to be semi-competitive. Moving Edler is probably not an option, but I will include a deal for Tanev, but I don't think he's as valuable to other clubs as Vancouver fans would like to believe. I think they will sign Miller and it will be just above what Markstrom makes but the prudent deal would to take one of the Dallas goalies in a deal. How to get that third overall pick without giving up the farm and the 5th overall pick? It might not be doable.

This is pretty realistic honestly. The Tanev trade makes sense, even though I think Vancouver might be getting the short end of the stick, but swapping Virtanen and another, lower-tier prospect probably evens that trade.

Quincey getting 3 years and 2.5 million reminds me of the Derek Engelland contract he signed in Calgary, but for a rebuilding team, it isn't too bad.
