I never thought I’d feel bad for Leafs fans. But then Dubas channeled his inner Mike Millbury and that really hit home for me lol.

It's not a disaster. They will still be a top 8-10 team. But another year wasted of this core. I do not like Dubas what so ever and do not know many who do anymore

I mean over the past four years he traded Connor Brown/Nikita Zaitsev, Nazim Kadri, Trevor Moore, Carl Grundstrom, Sean Durzi, the Bjornfoot pick, the Jarvis pick and the Ceulemans pick and brought in Cody Ceci, Jake Muzzin, Tyson Barrie, Alex Kerfoot, Jack Campbell and Nick Foligno

Agreed. But he has burned thru most of his assets and cap space on guys he didn’t need.

My issue was knowing for 12-18 months you were walking to UFA with your starting goalie and then running out of options.
