Dumo will definitely need more than 3.5 over 3. He will need at least 4 over 4. But on the other hand, I think Sheary will command less than 4.5 so I guess it kind of evens out. Also, I think Cullen definitely retires this year.

This team is obviously pretty good without making any major additions or subtractions. Problems with the Pens will have is that they are right up against the cap (so their hands are tide to make mid-season moves) and every other NHL team will be gunning to de-throne them, some of them probably (hopefully, for the sake of fan enjoyment) making some big splashes this offseason. Although it would be tough because of his contract, I'd love to see some creativity in moving Phil Kessel (who would have to waive his NMC) to a team like Vegas who will need to get to the cap floor (unless they are somehow exempt for a year). Vegas will surely draft a couple of interesting and more affordable pieces to make such a deal happen, I'd think. Also, I might look to NYI. Garth Snow needs a linemate for John Tavares badly and they have a lot of up-and-coming talent.
