My main thought is that Bergeron will most definitely get more money, especially after having arguably his best season ever. Which would make the cap situation very difficult. This is somewhat plausible though because the Zacha contract is probably about.

Oh you think his perf bonus is too low? imo he will end up getting the full 6mil amount, but I honestly don't mind giving him an extra 1mil to entice him more. But then next years cap might start to look a bit dicey with a likely total of 6.5mil in dead cap, 5.5 I could live with.
