Obviously Canes fans will want to keep Necas, but I could see them looking at his underlyings and deciding he’s not worth investing long-term time/money into him. Tarasenko (while a bit redundant on the Blues) brings an element that Carolina still doesn’t quite have even with Paccioretty. Mikkola also a strong bottom pair defender who excels on the kill.

If Blues retain a bit more on Vladdy Carolina can field a 22 man roster. Would have to trade Bear though

Yea Senko would be cool and this is also why we got Patches. We spend so much time on the offensive zone and take SO MANY SHOTS, but we can't convert on those chances regularly.
