Anaheim's probably in that same range.

Montreal probably doesn't touch it since they have too many forwards.

Chicago will probably take him for way too cheap.

Ya I don't wanna get into where exactly not really worth the million back and forth posts what's he worth or cost to move. In my opinion people have trouble separating the fact oilers need to move a body for cap purposes so it's automatically a cap dump rather than seeing foegele for what he is a solid bottom six player earning a fair wage.
