Only one dman taller then 6' and he's injured quite often, cant see that working too good.

Puljujarvi isn't overly productive playing with McDavid, cant imagine he'd get many points playing with stonehands Lowry and 0 points Barron.. 😆

McDavid scored 75% more goals with Puljujarvi than without. That's were Puljujarvi's value comes from.

The on-ice metrics are conclusive: every single Oilers forward did better last year with Puljujarvi than without. While he doesn't always show up on the scoresheet, Puljujarvi's play allows his teammates to score more and defend less. I get the cheap and easy method of assessing a player based solely on boxcars, but they don't tell even half the story in Puljujarvi's case.

That's fair and I like Puljujarvi but my point simply is if a guy doesn't produce a ton with the best player on the planet he's definitely not putting up much with stonehands Lowry and Barron who has yet to get a point, in fact the Lowry line is the Jets only line to have yet to score a goal.

It doesn't matter if a guy has good metrics that show he helps guys score more when those guys are players who simply can't score, offensive black holes are offensive black holes.

If the Jets traded for JP and he was put on that line he'd struggle to produce and get run out of town, would be terrible for JP's future career earnings.. lol
