Unfortunately still looks like a 0-5-2 team.
Not to mention VAN management would probably find a way to blow that cap space anyway.

You're right keep that 9th overall pick and then find better ways to spend 12.6 than for OEL and Garland. Of course getting a GM to spend the cap wisely is an issue.
