With Drysdale's injury news it actually, finally, fits. Holl can be a steady hand at RD3 so they don't have to rush anyone up from the AHL - and if you assume that Klingberg is gone at the deadline, that's even more important. Plus, he walks away on July 1st and Verbeek can keep building the D-corps he wants.

On the Toronto side, it will finally complete their dream of moving on from Holl. I can only imagine what middling role player will become their obsession next.

You just opened the doors for Leafs fans thinking they are getting a decent return since Anaheim might be looking to fill that void. Incoming at the Holl for a 2nd trades.
