Description

top 6 has looked good as of late. Don't love Nieto on the 2nd line but he's looked decent.
I know Gregor hasn't really done anything but he has speed and I think he deserves a look. Hard for him to prove himself if he's scratched a lot and then gets put in on the 4th line for a game or two. I think Bonino should play center given he's strong on faceoffs and Lorentz hasn't been great. Lindblom needs to be better.

I know defense has basically been the same the whole season and worked fine, but from moneypuck expected goals for, Ferraro-Simek has not been good. In a small sample size Ferraro-Vlasic and Simek-Benning have been good. I also think with the contract Ferraro signed this offseason, he needs to be on the 2nd pair. He's looked decent imo and you can't have 3.25 million for a 3rd pair defenseman.

yeah they've looked decent since their 0-5 start. Meier/Hertl finally starting to play well. If they can consistently play how they've played on some nights, they might not be that bad.
