"This is what it would take". Well Horvat if is to be traded, Canucks will take the best offer. I don't see any team offering so much, unless they are so desperate for a centre, which the Oilers aren't

Pretty crazy overpay for Horvat, who is giving this much with or without retention? Schenn doesn't add a ton of value, a bit but not enough to justify this many pieces.

I agree, maybe some team might throw a first for Horvat....but a team that pretty sure it's in mid 20s to 30s. Oilers are bare playoff team they aren't risking a top 16 pick in a stocked draft.

Yeah well it isn't happening, No way Bo Horvat commits long term with Edmonton. Reports are that he wants to play close to his London Ontario, Canada home. Plus Holland isn't giving Bo Horvat Leon Draisaitl money to play 3C for them. center position is the very last thing the oilers are short of. the need to revamp their D entirely.
