Rangers do to, not because Horvat wouldn't be a great fit. But because he would only be a great fit for a few months. NYR have zero cap to resign players costing more than 4 M.

Boston doesn't have the cap space to make that work and I wouldn't give up a 1st to being Boeser is. Burroughs also has no value to Boston.

Exactly what I was going to say. He's good for us, but not 8 mil good. We need centers and he can win draws. In Nashville, he has NEVER been under 51%. This year, he has a faceoff win percentage of nearly 61%. We are not paying to move him.
Also, I'd want somebody like Schneider and/or Chytil coming back in that Horvat deal.
