why not? It could increase the return. We probably won't be competitive next year so Having Bailey on a 1 year deal is fine. Especially if he plays well we can flip him at next years deadline. I wouldn't do this deal but it is not far off. I would do Bailey, Samuel Bolduc, 2024 1st and, 2023 2nd

where? I wouldn't want to commit more money long term for forwards, and the Defense and Goaltending is set in stone
