      What does Drury need to do to prove to the hockey world he isn't going after Kane? I think the asking price is just too high. Both NYR and TOR decided to go elsewhere.
      The fact that he didn't go for retention on Motte does in my mind spell it out very clearly.

      Everyone can see he's not coming, but this is more likely to happen than the overwhelming majority of posts on this site that earnestly consider themselves "realistic".

      1) The rangers dont need Kane
      2) The rangers dont need kane
      3) The rangers dont need kane

      lastly,

      I think the rangers are fine without Kane
