Greiss will be traded with a low draft pick, don't know who. Picked Oilers as there doesn't seem to be major consistency even though skinner doesn't look awful. Maybe Vegas is a team instead that asks for him if the price is that low.

For Defense, I feel the best option is Ottawa. Parayko plays best when he is not asked to be the best defensemen on the team. He was unreal alongside Bouwmeester and Pietrangelo. Looked like a future #1. He is not. BUT Imagine him, 2018/2019 style, along side one of chabot or chychryn. Kinda like a brent burns sort of deal. Right now, with the blues, he looks out of shape or just something is off. Overworked. I think a change of scenery, and a chance to play among two of the best defensemen in the league, will not only elevate his game, but allow him to elevate his partners game. Feel this trade is fair. Ottawa also needs a better right side d anyways, but feel like faulk is untouchable from the blues. could see bernard docker off the trade if 1st or a 2nd and a 3 are involved. if brannstrom off trade include a 2nd

Scandella looks like our most valuable and expendable contract defense wise with a retention. Chose calgary to shore up leftside since kylington has been out indefinitely. Again, was looking around and Calgary seemed to be the only one that made sense. Maybe winnipeg?

Curious on everyone's thoughts, blues HAVE TO rid of some of these defense contracts.
