That Saad trade is BRUTAL. So very bad for the Blues it's caricature. And we won't be wasting a bunch of cap on yet another winger, let alone an aging 3rd liner. Also, Binnington has not been subpar. He's been abandoned.

Not a massive reason to trade Saad yet, and no reason to sign Fast.

Buyouts shouldn't be explored to be honest until at least 2-3 years from now. We will not be very competitive until then so why extend the length of dead cap space seasons.
