I think Darryl Sutter and Brad Treliving are to blame for that to be honest. Not many players like playing for Sutter. He gets results quick but loses a team after a couple years.

Please dude there isn’t 8 better wingers on the dead last blue jackets than Toffoli. Chances are they get bedard and they better start improving if they wanna sign him long term. Don’t want to have a losing culture. They need to trade for players with no NTC/NMC cause no one is agreeing to go there.
