Livingstone won't be ready. More likely to see Burroughs back (or Stecher given this ACgm) and play 6D with OEL. Hoglander easily pushes Kravstov out of the lineup.

Ya I wouldn't be surprised. I have read quite a few reports on Livingstone, some say he should be ready to jump right into a bottom pairing and be effective, always good to have an insurance policy though (Stecher in this case).

I also signed Hoglander, and I agree he is a better option than Kravstov. With that said he isn't getting any time while Kravstov is, hopefully they give him another shot in the near future.

Has he stated his desire to sign in Vancouver or is it mostly just speculation since he's a local boy?

Mostly speculation. There have been reports from reputable insiders that there is a mutual interest from both parties, however they also acknowledge that Vancouver is not the only team that Livingstone may have expressed interest in.
