Sissons is a great 3C. Defensively responsible and plays with heart.

I'm not opposed to this trade, although if Hynes is sticking around, I can't see Garland being a player who fits under his scheme.

Evangelista has 9pts in 11 games right now, and Tomasino has 13 in 18. Both of which I'd rather in the top 6 than Garland

I was thinking he would be worth a 2nd, but you guys didnt have one this year so I attached a 3rd, but understandable, more proof of concept that we could move him out

I doubt he’s immovable. I don’t think many teams would be takers at full cap hit unless you took back cap. If it were just a year or two on the deal I could see it being a bit more easy to move.

I think the same could be said about Garland as well. Both aren’t bad players, and it’s not necessarily awful contracts. The term just makes it to where there essentially has to be a perfect fit because the contracts aren’t that much better than what they’d get as UFAs and they are towards the bottom half of players for the role that’s most beneficial for them.
