What's your interest in Ovchinnikov? Why pay a 6th? Based on statistics, he has not been progressing very well. Why not just use the pick, rather than trading for a prospect, who does not seem to be translating into the highest level of the game?

I haven't watched him play though, so I am curious. What do you see?
