Ends up being JVR, Bozak and a 3rd for Duchene and a 1st. Reserves can be called up after in-season LTIR is activated. Cap and contract situation could be helped if Fehr or Marchenko are claimed on waivers. A bigger deal with Colorado (adding Bracco and Carolinas 1st maybe) might also land Barrie. COL would need to take on Lupul's salary for the cap to work though.

Why doesn't Carolina just wait a year and sign JVR as a UFA and keep those three assets? These sign and trades....dont' happen.

They don't happen? There have already been 2 trade and signs this offseason, Darling to CAR, and Bishop to Dallas.
