If they are going to shift Tavares to wing, they should be looking for a multi-year solution. Assuming the Monohan signing works out, there won't really be a path to retain due to the Haula signing (unless Matthews or Nylander are gone). Would probably be best to reup Kampf or a cheaper 3/4C, and give Holmberg a good shot as the 3C.
