This is bas for Minnesota. They aren't trading Ross or Connor dewar to take on Mark's cap or the cancer he's. Our gm wouldn't trade for a team headache so Minnesota declines

Winnipeg is likely gonna have to take back a bad contract with any scheifele/hellebucyk trades since most teams close to being a playoff contender doesn't have 6 mil in cap space to take them on. On the plus side it should sweeten the package they get in return.
