That was a lot less then Windjammer insisted on every post about PLD for years that he'd get.
Didnt even get a pick this year let alone a 1st round pick like he insisted was the starting bid to get involved.

I mean its good pieces i like Vlardi a lot and Kupari is ok
2 years of Iafollo seems to be the 2nd most valuable piece then its Quantity over Quality.
But WPG did get 3 roster players something no one else was giving up

Why point all this out ?
Why would Hellebuyck get more value then PLD?
Goalies Historically as a rule without exceptions get less then their All Star Counter Parts.
Even at that cap a 1st is a reach but Holtz is a non starter

1st and a 3rd round pick with Vanacek would be overpaying
