Why would buffalo trade Ristolainen?

Ristolainen for Klingberg is a lateral move at best they're both 50+ point RD doesn't make any sense.

You obviously don't understand why that trade is garbage and it would never happen so I'll try to put ut in perspective. That would be like me saying that buffalo would trade okposo for Jamie benn. Now that's just ridiculous obviously. The other guys are near irrelevant in the trade itself, but ullmark isn't getting traded because he is the sabres only developing goalie prospect that's near nhl ready. In fact the only reason you're trading away klingberg is because you know that the trade is definitely in your favor.
