Probably wrong, but I don't see Avs getting a higher profile D man like Dumba. I think they'll be content to run a rotational spot on the third pairing to try and keep JJ fresh. JJ, MacDermid, work in Brad Hunt every now and then, and find games here and there to see what Malinski's got.

Yeah it's probable, just thinking out loud, wondering what they'll do with that extra cap space... the longer it goes the remaining free agents become cheaper, like e-rod was last offseason

Pass on Dumba. There’s better ways to spend that 2.4mil cap space (like getting another middle 6F option to take Drouins spot when he flops)
